Going through the home buying process can be a very stressful experience, especially for first time buyers or for buyers who are moving to a new area. As your Buyer's Agent, I will help take the hard part out of buying a home.
My sole duty will be to find you the perfect home and to negotiate the best price and terms on your behalf. I will represent only your interests at every stage of the home buying process. As a GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) I am well versed in the local laws and procedures of purchasing a home. Furthermore, as a CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) I have gone through advanced training in residential real estate. Currently less than 4% of all licensed Realtors® are Certified Residential Specialists.
